Biomeme LyoRNA® 2.0 Master Mix is formulated for use with probe-based real-time PCR assays and provides 6 mM Mg++ in a final reaction mix. Our One-Step mix contains a M-Mulv Reverse Transcriptase (RT) and a Hot-Start Taq polymerase, alongside a proprietary blend of stabilizers and dUTP mix. LyoRNA is shelf-stable for up to two years.

We recently improved our RNA Master Mix for better performance and sensitivity in multiplex assays. Version 1.0 was optimized from the ground up with a new buffer formulation as well as RNA dependent DNA polymerase resulting in increased signal brightness at extremely low copy numbers.
