Shipping & Returns

All product returns require prior authorization from Biomeme. Contact our Support Team at support@biomeme.com with a description of the situation and they will assist in beginning the authorization process as needed.  A nominal restocking fee will be charged for returned items, unless Biomeme is responsible for shipping the wrong item.

 

Damaged Items
If an item has been damaged during shipment, please report the damage to our Support Team. Keep all containers and packing materials for inspection.
Device returns
Thermocyclers will not be accepted back without prior approval and completion of our Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) form. This document is provided by our Support Team.
Items shipped with dry or blue ice
Erroneously ordered items cannot be returned if they require shipment on dry or blue ice.
